I move quickly on packing orders + most products are made to order so I am unable to cancel those orders.

SHIPPING - one they are in the shipping company's hands, there is nothing I can do if they are lost or damaged. All though I do spend time packing my orders with TLC, sometimes shipping companies are a little too harsh. I do not offer refunds if they are damaged or lost but I can file a claim & once a claim has been approved by the shipping company, then I can send out new items once it is approved. if your items are broken, please send me photos before throwing them away.
