Custom Engraved Ornament

Hand drawn portrait ornament or a design of your choice.

Oneck you replace your order - please email your photo to rootedgraceandco@gmail.com. If it isn’t a photo I can fit on the ornament, I will let you know.

TAT is about 2-3 weeks. If something comes up that it could be longer - you will know asap. I am a one man show and things to tend to come up with my family, but I do my absolute best to make sure all orders are right on time!

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY -
If you need to cancel, please cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
Due to nature of this product, they are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING ISSUES -                                                                                         

If your item does not arrive 15 days after predicted delivery date - please email me and I can file a claim. If item was sent to wrong address due to customers mistake, costs will not be covered by me. 

SHIPPING - one they are in the shipping company's hands, there is nothing I can do if they are lost or damaged.  I do not offer refunds if they are damaged or lost but I can file a claim & once a claim has been approved by the shipping company, then I can send out new items. if your items are broken, please do not throw them away. The shipping company will need to see damages in person. Please make sure to send me photos ASAP.
