If you need to cancel, please cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. These items are ready to ship which means most of the time they get packaged up as soon as the order is received by me.
Due to nature of this product, they are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

SHIPPING - one they are in the shipping company's hands, there is nothing I can do if they are lost. I do not offer refunds if they are lost - once a claim has been approved by the shipping company, then I can send out new items.
