TAT is about 4-6 days. If something comes up that it could be longer - you will know asap. I am a one man show and things to tend to come up with my family, but I do my absolute best to make sure all orders are right on time!

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY -
If you need to cancel, please cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
Due to nature of this product, they are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING ISSUES -                                                                                         

If your item does not arrive 15 days after predicted delivery date - please email me and I can file a claim. If item was sent to wrong address due to customers mistake, costs will not be covered by me. 

If the item was damaged, I will need photos to share with the shipping company for proof. I cannot start remaking the item until I am refunded by the shipping company - due to costs of making & shipping the product.
